Food: Turtle Pellets, Guppies, Shrimp, Worms, some Plants
Feed Schedule: Daily (babies) / 2-3 times a week (adults)
Baby Enclosure Size: 10 gallon tank
Adult Enclosure Size: 75-100 tank
Ambient Temp: 78-80 degrees fahrenheit
Basking Spot: 90-95 degrees fahrenheit
Water Temp: 72-75 degrees fahrenheit
Water Depth: Great swimmers, can handle deep waters of more than 12 inch. Babies should be kept semi shallow.
Temperament/Handleability: Generally Docile
Additional info: These active turtles are very active and love to bask. Make a perfect pet for anyone who wants a turtle with a great personality. They can get fairly large so may out grow common tank sizes. They do need UV and Heat lights. Cost is usually around 50+
